Hotel Cut-Off Date

Contracted WM rates are available until February 14, 2025 or until the room block is fully booked. After this date, you may still be able to book rooms, but the WM rate is not guaranteed and rooms will be subject to availability.

Deposit Policy and Payment

To secure a reservation, a valid credit card is required, along with a one-night room and tax deposit. This deposit will be charged by the hotel at the time of booking. No additional upfront fees are necessary to confirm your reservation. The deposit is refundable if the reservation is canceled no later than [insert date].

Cancellation Deadline

Reservations can be canceled and arrival and departure dates can be adjusted until [insert date]. After this date, your credit card may be charged a non-refundable deposit equal to one night’s room rate plus tax. Guests who no-show, cancel, or modify their reservation less than 72 hours prior to check-in will also be charged for one night’s room rate plus tax.
