The Roy G. Post Foundation teamed up with Perma-Fix for the
Perma-Fix / WMS 12th Annual Charity Golf Tournament
Saturday, March 2, 2019
Devil’s Claw Course at the Whirlwind Golf Club
Proceeds from the golf tournament benefitted St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital & the Roy G. Post Foundation.
ST. JUDE CHILDREN’S RESEARCH HOSPITAL is one of the world’s premier pediatric cancer research centers helping over 5,700 patients a year. St. Jude is the only pediatric cancer research center where families never pay for the treatment not covered by insurance. No child is ever denied treatment because of a family’s inability to pay.
The charitable giving to the ROY G. POST FOUNDATION is directed toward scholarships for students throughout the world pursuing an education in nuclear radwaste management and provides assistance for students to attend the WMS conference each year. In addition to scholarships, the Post Foundation sponsors the Student Poster Competition during the conference. The winner of the competition is awarded a cash prize to help support their educational goals.
Thank you for the tremendous support of the WMS community to help the Post Foundation & Perma-Fix achieve their charitable goals.
